Initial Setup

1.    Please reference your "Welcome Email" to find all of the details to get downloaded and configured.

2.    You can download the COREcontact app in the Windows Store. (https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/corecontact/9PK9LJXGW8XW?hl=en-us&gl=us&rtc=1)

3.    You do not need a username/password to login to the app. Please reference the "Welcome Email" to find the "Configure Softphone" button to log in. This link with automatically provision your app.



Logging In and Making Calls

1.    If you are at the login screen, please reference your "Welcome Email" to find the "Configure Softphone" button. There is not a username/password to put in this box. The "Configure Softphone" button in the "Welcome Email" will get you online.

    



2.    Once logged in, you will be at the dialpad screen. Here, you can type or press digits to do 10-digit dialing.



3.    It's recommended to link your Office 365 contacts to COREcontact. Local contacts added are local to the app only.



4.    Be sure your sound settings are correct if using a headset, and if getting Echo when not using a headset, reduce the Microphone gain where appropriate.
