Your Clearly IP Softphone can be up and making calls in two quick steps.


Step 1 - Download the softphone.

Once you have the software installed double click on it to launch it.  Your screen will look like this.




Step 2 - Register the softphone.


  To register the softphone you will need an email that was generated by the phone system titled.

"Comm-Core phone account has been created! Please keep this email handy for future reference."


In that email is a link labeled Clearly Anywhere that looks like this.


If you do not have that email reach out to Comm-Core via a ticket and we will resend your link. - help@comm-core.com


With the softphone open from step 1, register the softphone by clicking that link. The best browser to use is Chrome for this step.


The link will log you in and your softphone will be registered and ready for calls. You will know that by the green dot next to the user in the bottom left of the screen.



The phone is ready for use...

On your softphone dial *97, press 0 then follow the instructions to set your greetings.
