Once you have used the ClearlyIP application for some time you will have received SMS messages. To clear the unread message indicator in the application do the following.
In the left pain click on the message.
In the right pain SCROLL DOWN to the bottom of the message. Once you have scrolled to the bottom of the message the unread notification will disappear.
