How to check voicemail (With your handset on the cradle)
- Option 1: To check voicemail from your phone
- Press the MESSAGE button or dial *97
- Enter your password when prompted
- Follow the prompts
- Option 2: To check your voicemail from a different phone in the office
- Dial *98 from any phone
- Enter your extension number when asked for “Mailbox number”
- Enter your password when prompted
- Follow the prompts as if you were sitting at your desk
- Option 3: To check your voicemail from outside the office
- Dial the phone number
- Enter your extension number
- When your Voicemail greeting answers, press *
- Enter your password when prompted
- Follow the prompts as if you were sitting at your desk
Message Options
- While listening to a message, you can execute the following commands

How to program your voicemail
- After entering the voicemail system, press 0 to enter the Mailbox Options
| 1 | Record Unavailable Greeting | 4 | Record Temporary Message (unsupported) |
| 2 | Record Busy Greeting | 5 | Change your password |
| 3 | Record your name | * | Return to Main Menu |
